Pamela’s connection made into a website.
Authentic Relating Ottawa (ARO) by Pamela French of Ottawa, Ontario had a fun design challenge: create a website that boasts a gender-neutral and yet welcoming look, while also providing information and later; be adaptable to additions of ecommerce functionality for both events and products.
The true challenge came from building on ARO’s pre-existing branding. It was minimal and stock-based, but Pamela knew she wanted to add some bold colour into the mix.
The goal was to take her logo and expand it passed the stock look, supporting it with bright contrasting colours and unique image treatments while balancing information and attractive graphics across the website.
