Cap De Creus is a painting series inspired by one of my favourite traditional painters: Salvador Dali. The series is a unique mixture of urban and traditional styles depicting flowers with bold graffiti-life highlighting, vivid colours, textures, and cliff-like surfaces. Each painting incorporates different approaches to including mixed media to create texture. This particular piece uses newspaper pieces.
This series has been lost over the years moving between cities but continues to influence the work I do today.
